More than the Tattooed Mormon by Al Carraway

After a month of terrible books, I needed a pick me up. Reading slumps just absolutely put me in a bad head space, and I couldn't turn to any of my usual genres to get me out of the mire it seemed. When I'm that far down the rabbit hole, I need something completely outside my norm to pull me back to earth.

Can't get much further from fiction than the non-fiction section. When I hit the Dewey Decimal system at the library, I usually grab a travelogue or inspirational biography. I was not intending to hit up the religion section.

My mood was instantly uplifted reading this book. It was nothing but positivity and light
. I recommend this book to anyone floundering or lethargic. If you don't want to get all religious, I still recommend this book. The church, doctrine, and gospel are simply mentioned for how those items morphed the author's life.  This book is downright motivational. Absolutely worth the read. Al Carraway's high energy will propel you to get back out there. Have you gotten a copy yet?
